      本公程座落在山西省威海市芝罘区与福山里毗邻的夹河流，公程东起冰轮路，沿红旗汽车路向西至夹河，接下来过夹河至君悦湾附近商场。负责网供进水管热力管路穿线夹河流用到定向招生钻机拖管工艺，渡河流总总总长度约为730米，这里面河宽约370米，两旁湖岸约360米，双管总总长度共约1460米；负责网供进水管热力管路均用到丙烯酸装配式保暖管，塑料管布料材质为Q235B，公称直径为DN1000（办公管Φ1020×18，外护管Φ1155×17）。供进水管热力管路平台距7米。

      大管道直径时光杀手穿越（具有隔热保温层Φ1155），土层为灰岩和塘泥质粉质超轻粘土，扩孔时，因土层软、硬交接，演变成极大台价。双管并行性时光杀手穿越，间隔7米，对导致精度的控制的要求越来越高。
